Following list promises the top  and the best Learning resources for anyone to everyone.

1.Khan Academy-Learn Almost Anything For Free
All the lessons are video based  and are well categorized.Also helpful for those preparing for entrance exams like ISEET (a.k.a IITJEE) ,AIEEE etc.

  1. What among those gives certificate of accomplishment ?
    I really don't think it is necessary for him.But if I apply for a company they do ask in my proficiency .So I guess I require ,Am I right ?

      The sites which provides certis are mainly coursera and edX.Company may or may not ask for a certificate what matters mainly is your skill and rest comes later.
